Can I return a product if I’ve opened it?

For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept products that are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Our microneedling tools and Q.SERUM are aseptic, single‑use systems that must remain untouched to guarantee the highest standards of safety and performance for every customer.

If you’ve opened your box or used a vial, we cannot resell or repurpose it — and we would never compromise on sterility or integrity.
