Your Q.FACE system includes two essential components:
Each month, you’ll use one Q.FACE vial and three full droppers of Q.SERUM. Use the same Q.SERUM bottle throughout your monthly cycle.
Always begin with a fresh Q.FACE device each month – never reuse a vial.
Set up in a clean, well-lit space with access to a mirror.

We’ve developed the vials so that one vial equals one application. There should be no liquid left inside after use – it’s designed to be fully used in one session.
However, if for any reason you forget and leave the device capped and unused, there should be no change in how it functions, as long as it’s stored at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F) and kept away from moisture.
Leaving it out in open environments for extended periods may slightly increase the risk of environmental contamination. For best results, we recommend storing the device in its original packaging when not in use.
We recommend storing your device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A bathroom shelf or drawer works perfectly. There’s no need to store it in the fridge.
For those who are curious – direct sunlight can increase the internal temperature of the device. If a serum is attached, heat may gradually affect the stability of the active ingredients over time.
Short exposure, such as sitting near a window for a few hours, is unlikely to cause noticeable changes. However, prolonged exposure over several days is not recommended.
High humidity can speed up moisture-related changes, such as slight color or shape changes in the beads. It may also reduce product stability over time.
To prevent this, store the device in a dry place and keep it sealed when not in use.
