How To Use Your Q.FACE

Q.FACE is designed to be used once every 4 weeks. You’ll repeat the exact same application process each month – 3 times total. Once you’ve completed your first protocol, you’ll know exactly how to continue.

No surprises, no learning curve – just a system that works when you stick with it.

What’s Inside

Your Q.FACE system includes two essential components:

Q.FACE – a microneedling device designed to deliver our bioactive biomolecule complex directly to the skin
Q.SERUM – a precision-formulated serum powered by exosomes, developed to support visible improvements in tone, texture, and radiance

Each month, you’ll use one Q.FACE vial and three full droppers of Q.SERUM. Use the same Q.SERUM bottle throughout your monthly cycle.

Always begin with a fresh Q.FACE device each month – never reuse a vial.

Get Ready

Set up in a clean, well-lit space with access to a mirror.

Take out:

One Q.FACE vial
Q.SERUM bottle

Activate Your Protocol

Unscrew the cap from the Q.FACE vial
Open the Q.SERUM bottle and fill the dropper
Add 3 full drops of Q.SERUM into the Q.FACE vial
Screw the Q.FACE cap back on tightly
Gently swirl the vial to mix the serum
Your device is now activated and ready for use

Prepare Your Skin

Wash your face using your usual cleanser
Pat your skin dry with a clean towel
Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and product-free

Apply With Q.FACE

Stand in front of a mirror
Press the Q.FACE device straight down onto your skin, then lift straight off
Do not drag or slide – just press and lift
Cover the desired each area using three passes:
First pass: horizontal
Second pass: vertical
Third pass: diagonal

If any serum runs off during stamping, gently spread it evenly onto your skin with your fingertips.

Repeat Every 4 Weeks

Perform one protocol every 4 weeks:

Month 1 – First application
Month 2 – Second application
Month 3 – Final application

This completes the full Q.FACE cycle: 3 protocols over 3 months.
