SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

The following terms apply if you participate in QUINT’s mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting into the Program, you agree to these Terms and to receive recurring marketing text messages from us via our third-party service provider. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
You may opt in through online or app-based enrollment forms. By doing so, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages including promotional offers, cart reminders, and service-related updates (e.g., order confirmations, account alerts). Message frequency may vary, but you can expect up to 4 messages per month, with additional messages based on your interactions with us.

To participate, you must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be a subscriber with a participating carrier, and have text messaging service enabled. Not all carriers support our messaging service.

By opting in, you consent to receive messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), though not all messages may be sent using such technology. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to any message. You will receive a confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected]. We honor all reasonable opt-out methods in accordance with applicable law.

Sale of your information

We do not sell your personal information.

QUINT site measurement

We automatically measure public-page visits, scroll milestones, selected link and button interactions, and shopping progress using a short-lived first-party session identifier. Site measurement is on by default, regardless of location. You can turn it off through Privacy & cookie choices in the footer.

We use campaign labels to understand which advertising creative brought a measured visit. We may link the session to its checkout and payment or refund outcome. A session identifier is pseudonymous rather than anonymous; linking it to an order may make the visit indirectly identifiable. Our behavioral records do not contain your name, email, phone, postal address, form text or payment details. We do not record your screen or use this feature to infer a health condition.

The session expires after 30 minutes without recorded activity and lasts no longer than 24 hours. Detailed session records and their analytics links are retained for up to 30 days under the scheduled retention process. Financial, order, support and dispute records are maintained separately. Hosting and security systems may process network information separately from the behavioral records.

You can stop site measurement through Privacy & cookie choices. We respect previous analytics refusals and your explicit Stop setting for this feature. Global Privacy Control stops our optional sharing with Google and Meta; it does not turn off QUINT’s separate internal site measurement. Stopping it clears the current session’s analytics records; it does not delete required order/payment records or data previously received by other providers. Internal site measurement does not itself authorize sending your behavior to Google or Meta. Contact [email protected] for a privacy request.

Your site measurement choice

We do not use a country or state lookup to decide whether site measurement starts. Recorded site-measurement refusals stop this collection. Global Privacy Control blocks Google Analytics and Meta measurement independently. Use Stop under Site measurement to stop QUINT’s internal session measurement too.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your shopping bag working. We remember your cookie choices in your browser for up to 180 days.

If you allow analytics, QUINT uses Google Analytics to understand visits, product interest, bag changes and checkout activity. We associate permitted browser identifiers with payment-confirmed purchases and full refunds to measure the store. If you allow marketing, we may send purchase events and advertising identifiers to Meta and use campaign information to measure advertising. Google Analytics purchase events can also feed our linked Google Ads conversion reporting, subject to your advertising choices. Purchase values reflect merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping.

Our server measurement payloads exclude your name, email, phone number and postal address. Provider scripts and requests may also process browser and network information. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for information about their processing.

Declining optional cookies does not prevent a purchase. Change your choice through “Cookie choices” in the footer; withdrawal stops future optional collection but does not automatically erase information already sent. Payment, order and dispute records needed to operate the store are separate from optional analytics.
