The first-kit guarantee covers opened or unopened kits and refunds the amount paid for the covered kit. One guarantee per customer. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a refund or return
- Email [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- Our team will confirm the kit covered and whether anything needs to be returned. Do not send a kit back before receiving instructions.
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
After your first kit
Unused kits in their sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return postage for standard sealed-kit returns. Additional kits in the same order are covered by the sealed-kit policy.
The introductory offer
One introductory kit at $175 per customer and household, across Q.FACE and Q.SCALP. Additional kits are $299. Previous purchases before the launch of this offer do not affect eligibility. A refund after receipt does not restore the introductory offer.
Verify your email in the bag. Delivery and payment details are checked for repeat claims before shipping. An order that needs review may be held; if confirmed ineligible, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will never charge an additional amount without your agreement. Contact us about shared-address exceptions or an incorrect match.
